I'm sorry to ask this, but...what programs did you use? I'm trying to figure out some effects, these being on the list, and it's driving me crazy that I can't while everyone else is! I have photoscape, GIMP, and photoshop (which I don't really even know how to use). And, I STILL can't figure it out.
